It is with sadness, we have learned of the passing of Darrell Taylor. In 1967 Darrell Taylor bought Valley Insurance in Winnemucca. He was working for an agency in Reno, so after buying the agency he moved his wife and two kids to Winnemucca. In 1997 his daughter, Crystan, who had been working at the office since a very young age, started buying the business from her father. In 1998. Currently, Crystan and husband Paul Thurman owne and run the agency. 

Darrell Taylor served the Nevada Independent Insurance Agents as he sat in many seats as a director and became the 1979-1980.
